دائرة العلاقات الدولية
دائرة العلاقات الدولية ، المعروفة أيضًا بإدارة العلاقات الخارجية أو الشؤون الدولية، هي الجهة المسؤولة عن إدارة وتنظيم العلاقات والتواصل بين المؤسسة العسكرية الرياضة الفلسطينية وباقي المؤسسات الرياضة الدوليه الأخرى.
المهام والمسؤوليات :
- تعزيز العلاقات الرياضية : تهدف دائرة العلاقات الدولية إلى تعزيز العلاقات الرياضية مع باقي المؤسسات الدولية الأخرى. وتعمل على توطيد الروابط الثنائية والمتعددة الأطراف وبناء الثقة والتفاهم المتبادل. وتقوم بتنظيم الزيارات الرسمية والاجتماعات وتبادل الوفود االرسمية .
- تعزيز التعاون الدولي: تهدف دائرة العلاقات الدولية إلى تعزيز التعاون الدولي في مجالات مختلفة على الصعيد الدولي و تطوير وتنفيذ برامج ومشاريع تعاون مشتركة بين الدول والمؤسسات الرياضية الدولية.
- التنسيق الوثيق مع مسؤولي دوائر الاختصاص الدولية والاتحادات الرياضية الدولية المعنية وبما يحقق القيام بمهام الدائرة وايصال صورة حضارية عن الرياضة العسكرية الفلسطينية .
- المساعدة في إصدار التأشيرات والتصاريح اللازمة للوفود والبعثات الاجنبية القادمة الى فلسطين .

Department of International Relations
The Department of International Relations, also known as the Department of Foreign Relations or International Affairs, is the body responsible for managing and organizing relations and communication between the Palestinian military sports institution and other international sports institutions.
Roles and responsibilities :
1. Strengthening sports relations: The International Relations Department aims to strengthen sports relations with other international institutions. It works to consolidate bilateral and multilateral ties and build trust and mutual understanding. It organizes official visits, meetings, and the exchange of official delegations.
2. Strengthening international cooperation: The Department of International Relations aims to enhance international cooperation in various fields at the international level and develop and implement joint cooperation programs and projects between countries and international sports institutions.
3. Close coordination with officials of the international specialized departments and the relevant international sports federations in order to achieve the tasks of the department and convey a civilized image of Palestinian military sports.
4. Assistance in issuing the necessary visas and permits for foreign delegations and missions coming to Palestine.
